Psychiatric Medication Management Provider

Full-Time or Part-Time | In-Person & Telehealth Opportunities

Pink Couch Wellness is expanding into Waukee, and we're looking for a compassionate, patient-centered medication-management provider to join our growing team.

Whether you're a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA), or Psychiatrist (MD/DO), you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while working alongside an experienced team of therapists and mental health professionals.

Our collaborative approach allows providers to focus on delivering exceptional care while our administrative team supports scheduling, insurance coordination, and patient communication.

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as appropriate
• Educate patients and families about medications, diagnoses, and treatment options
• Collaborate with therapists and other providers to coordinate care
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive environment
• Offer in-person care from our new Waukee office with opportunities for telehealth appointments

• Is passionate about improving access to quality mental health care
• Values collaboration and integrated behavioral health
• Builds strong therapeutic relationships with patients
• Communicates clearly and compassionately
• Is organized and comfortable managing a patient caseload
• Enjoys working with individuals across a variety of ages and mental health needs
• Wants to be part of a growing practice that values both patients and providers

• Current Iowa licensure as a:
  • Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
  • Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Psychiatrist (MD or DO)
• DEA registration and ability to prescribe medications in Iowa
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Experience providing psychiatric medication management preferred
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
