YSS seeks a Lead Advocate to guide the Youth Opportunity Center (YOC) for youth ages 16–24 experiencing homelessness, with a focus on crisis intervention, life skills, and housing stability. You will mentor Peer Advocates and coordinate staff activities to ensure consistent, trauma-informed care.
