Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer

Location: IA-Des Moines, Hybrid 1-2 days onsite
OverviewEvery Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.
Responsibilities- Conduct high level systems analysis and implementation of high performing software solutions that are efficient, cost effective, and which support business and technology applications
- Participate in system development, design, code testing, and debugging necessary to ensure successful completion or resolution of issues while focusing on utilization of emerging technologies
- Contribute to best practices (development standards, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, etc.) across various platforms
- Work with a diverse development resourcing model which includes FTE staff, global onshore/offshore staffing, crowd sourcing, etc
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field of study, and at least 2 years of software development experience (ex.
Python, AWS, Angular, NodeJS, Type Script, C++, .NET, Java, SQL) OR 6 years of related and applicable experience - Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Accuracy and high attention to detail
- Previous experience troubleshooting and developing creative technical solutions
- Ability to provide innovative solutions to complex issues
- Hands-on experience using the Informatica suite (Power Center, IICS, MDM) as part of enterprise data warehouse processes
- Experience working with AWS Glue
- Experience working within an Agile team environment using the SAFe framework
- Experience partnering with global staffing vendors to deliver projects
The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $155,000 or the hourly equivalent.
