Java Developer – Local ; No C2C​/No Third Parties

Overview

Aureon Consulting has immediate needs for Java Development consultant's to support application development initiatives within the banking and insurance sectors. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in modern software development, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the communication skills needed to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams. You will not be sitting at a desk all day by yourself, if you posses the below skills and experience and thrive in highly collaborative environments, we'd love to hear from you.

• Translate application storyboards, requirements, and use cases into fully functional applications.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues, then develop and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation standards.
• Write clean, maintainable, and modular code with an emphasis on reusability.
• Utilize strong knowledge of development ecosystems, frameworks, and patterns.
• Apply various design and architectural patterns to produce scalable, maintainable systems.
• Demonstrate understanding of core application design principles, including class loaders and modular architecture.

• SQL
• Vue.js
• HTML/CSS

• Postman

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
