Junior And Senior Gen AI Developer Positions
Location:
either Charlotte, NC or West Des Moines, IA or Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ
Onsite: 3 days a week
Contract:
6-24 months to perm
Interview process: 2 video interviews to hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Enable GenAI capabilities for the Wells Fargo enterprise Development community
- Identify GenAI tools, evaluate, product ionize the tool
- Explore and integrate AI technologies (Agents, MCP Servers)
- Build and support internal tools and applications
- Implement modern engineering practices including automated testing and release strategies
Requirements:
- Hands on experience with GenAI Development Tools like Git Hub CoPilot/Coding Agent, Claude, Gemini Code Assist, Devin
- 1+ years of experience with AI Agent and MCP Server development is a plus
- 8+ years of software development and architecture experience
- Strong Java skills is required
- Python experience is a plus
- Type Script is a plus
