Web Cam or In-Person Hybrid Job Summary Seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Developer/Architect with expertise in enterprise design systems, WCAG accessibility, and front-end development. The ideal candidate will have experience building design systems from scratch, developing reusable components, ensuring accessibility compliance, and collaborating across teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly applications. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain enterprise design systems and reusable component libraries.

Develop accessible UI components using HTML, SASS, and Angular. Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1/AAA and Section 508 accessibility standards. Use Storybook for component development and documentation. Conduct accessibility reviews, code reviews, and UX assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote accessibility and design best practices. Required Skills 5+ years of front-end development experience. Enterprise design system development and implementation. WCAG 2.1/AAA, ARIA, semantic HTML, and accessibility testing.

HTML, SASS, Angular, and Storybook. Strong UX/UI design principles and communication skills. Experience with USWDS or similar enterprise design systems. Preferred Skills .NET, MVC, and SQL. Experience supporting backend integrations in enterprise environments.
