** Job Description*
* ** Local & OTR Class A Truck Drivers - Des Moines, IA
** Sign on bonus $2,500.00    This is an over the road position and Class A CDL with tanker endorsement is required. This position offers a complete benefit package, including 401K/ESOP, pension, health, life, vision, and dental insurance. Employees will be eligible to receive paid vacation after 1 year of service, 4 personal holidays (after 90 days) as well as holiday pay for 6 national holidays.

** Essential Job Functions**  - The individual is required to follow all government, company and customer policies and regulations. This includes but it not limited to: FMCSA, OSHA, EPA and DOL.

** Preferred Candidates:*
* * One year of verifiable OTR or local tractor trailer experience required in the last seven years
* Must be 24 years of age
* Commercial License REQUIRED Class A CDL with Hazardous Materials and Tanker (Hazmat and Passport will need to be obtained within the first 60 days of employment if not already held.)
* Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
* Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
* No more than one moving violation within the last three years
* Relocation benefits are not provided for this position. Candidates are responsible for providing their own means of transportation to and from work.
