Location: Des Moines, IA

Compensation: $2,500 Sign On Bonus, $1,000 Referral Bonus. Salary range 74,826..

Position Type: Full‑time, Monday through Friday. No weekends, home weekly.

Job Summary: Over‑the‑road position requiring a Class A CDL with tanker endorsement. The driver plans trips, manages breaks, fuel stops, customer appointments, weather, traffic, construction, city and rural driving conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. Equipment operated may include tank trailers, dry vans, hoppers, pumps, facility equipment, hoses, and valves. Trailer work is primarily smooth‑bore tank hauling food‑grade oil, distillate, lecithin, and other non‑food grade products.

The driver is responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading product according to company and customer instructions.

Essential Job Functions: Follow all government, company and customer policies and regulations, including FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, DOL and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Qualifications:

• 21 years of age or older
• Three years of verifiable tractor‑trailer experience within the previous seven years
• Graduated from a Certified Class A CDL Program
• Class A CDL with Tank endorsement
• Must pass a 75‑pound lift test
• Successful completion of a background check
