Class A CDL Truck Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run dedicated cryogenic account that pays a daily salary, has great home time along with fantastic benefits. If you do not have cryogenic experience that is no problem since training is offered.

You don’t have to have cryogenic experience, but you must have your tanker and hazmat at time of application to qualify.

• First year pay ranges from $85–$106K with drivers starting at $300.30/Day, increasing $3/Day every six months up to a cap of $324/Day. Those willing to train new cryogenics hires earn an additional $100/Day.
• Shadow training:
  Drivers are paid $125/Day and receive a $1,000 bonus at the end of training. Each driver is assigned a 579 Petes automatic truck; no slip seating.
• Full benefits start after 60 days and include one week vacation in the first 52 weeks, comprehensive medical coverage, and a 401(k) with matching.

• Drivers run dedicated regional or local accounts and must work in all 48 states; opting out of any region is not permitted.
• Drivers are out 21 days and home a maximum of 7 days. If within 200 miles of home, drivers may drive home. The company pays for round‑trip flight when home; you are not required to fly.
• Drivers may stay home for less than 7 days or stay out longer than 21 days, but the maximum home time per stay is 7 days unless vacation is taken.
• Willingness to fly is required; otherwise the company cannot hire.

• Any felony convictions render a person ineligible for hire.
• Failure or refusal to pass a DOT drug test (regardless of SAP completion) makes a candidate ineligible.

• At least one year of OTR or regional driving in the past three years and possess a Class A CDL with tanker/hazmat endorsements (an x endorsement).
• Relatively clean MVR.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.
