PM Admin​/Dispatcher

About Us:

Lightning Logistics LLC is seeking a dependable, organized, and fast-paced PM Admin / Dispatcher to join our growing transportation and logistics team. This position plays a critical role in nightly operations by supporting dispatch, route management, driver communication, paperwork processing, and dock coordination.

• Monitor nightly transportation operations and dispatch activity.
• Print and prepare route paperwork in company systems.
• Complete and verify TVIS routing tasks.
• Communicate with drivers regarding routes, delays, and issues
• Update truck numbers, route information, and driver assignments.
• Process delivery scans and ensure route completion accuracy.
• Monitor dock activity and freight staging.
• Send nightly operational and customer reports.
• Assist with issue resolution involving freight, routing, or scanning.
• Verify paperwork completion and compliance documentation.
• Maintain communication with management and operations staff throughout shift.

• Transportation or logistics experience preferred.
• Dispatch or route management experience is a plus.
• Experience with TVIS, NuVizz, Geotab, and Microsoft Office preferred but not required.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
