• Document management: creation of delivery notes and the associated export, shipping, and export documents
• Processing of customer complaints / returns
• Empty goods management: administration and storage of shipping and empty goods documents
• Coordination of truck transports and forwarding matters
• Monitoring of deadlines and communication to ensure a smooth shipping process
• Recording of customer orders, processing of complaints, and independently handling of transport damages and correspondence with insurers

• Completed training as a merchant in forwarding and logistics services or comparable qualification
• Desirable: professional experience in the logistics sector
• Structured, independent, and team-oriented working style as well as high communication skills
