Monday through Friday. 9:30am-2:30pm

Primary Function:

Under the direct supervision of the Executive Office Manager, this position is responsible for employee shuttle services. Additionally, this position may assist in greeting service customers in a professional and timely manner, performing service preparation work to vehicles, vehicle pick-up and delivery. Performs all duties within the objectives, standards and policies of Willis Automotive

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate company shuttle to pick up and deliver employees from employee parking lot to specified campus drop off location
• Perform daily checklist of shuttle and complete all required DOT logs
• Operate company vehicles safely to perform scheduled customer pickup/deliveries
• Complete Willis Automotive errands as scheduled

What we need from you:

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain insurability
• Must have and be able to obtain Class C CDL with Passenger endorsement
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Previous customer service experience preferred

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

This position will work in all outdoor weather conditions with limited indoor work. This position will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, paint, exhaust fumes and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials. This position requires the incumbents to stoop and get in and out of vehicles regularly.

Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently. Required walking or standing to a significant degree.
