Primary FunctionUnder the direct supervision of the Executive Office Manager, this position is responsible for employee shuttle services. Additionally, this position may assist in greeting service customers in a professional and timely manner, performing service preparation work to vehicles, vehicle pick-up and delivery. Performs all duties within the objectives, standards and policies of Willis Automotive.
Duties and Responsibilities- Operate company shuttle to pick up and deliver employees from employee parking lot to specified campus drop off location
- Perform daily checklist of shuttle and complete all required DOT logs
- Operate company vehicles safely to perform scheduled customer pickup/deliveries
- Complete Willis Automotive errands as scheduled
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain insurability
- Must have and be able to obtain Class C CDL with Passenger endorsement
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Previous customer service experience preferred
This position will work in all outdoor weather conditions with limited indoor work. This position will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, paint, exhaust fumes and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials. This position requires the incumbents to stoop and get in and out of vehicles regularly.
Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently. Required walking or standing to a significant degree.
