About the Role:

Campus Driver / Maintenance

As a Campus Driver you will play a key role in supporting the health, happiness and daily experience of the residents  will also support the community by providing light maintenance throughout the building.

• Engage with residents by providing safe, friendly transportation services in a Wesley Life provided vehicle.
• Track vehicle maintenance and usage logs.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Assist the maintenance team with supply organization and completion of routine, non‑specialized tasks.

• Full‑Time, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday

• Iowa driver license with a clear driving record.
• Ability to perform duties such as changing light bulbs, replacing filters, light plumbing work, and moving furniture.

• Pay range $16.00 – $18.00 per hour; starting rate based on experience.
