Dispatchers stay in touch with drivers on the road, using phones, computers, or two-way radios, so they can solve problems and answer questions. For example, they can tell drivers which routes to take to avoid traffic jams. Dispatchers work with law enforcement, motor clubs, and the general public.

Tow truck drivers work in all types of weather and on all types of calls ranging from police impounds and accidents to doing light service calls like jump starts, tire changes, and lockouts. Richman Towing works 24 hours a day and 7 days a week so they are all types of hours available.

An Automotive Technician is largely responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicle engine systems. Automotive Technicians may have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Repair brake and steering systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems.
• Replace or repair transmissions and fuel components as needed.
• Repair cooling components and systems including air conditioners and engine cooling.
• Perform Vehicle Inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Produce legible and accurate paperwork reflecting work performed.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license for conducting test drives.
