Local Linehaul Truck Driver - CDL A

Monday - Friday, 6:00 - 9:00 PM Start Time | Start Time Varies | 8-12 Hour Shifts

Magnum is hiring a Local CDL A Driver based in Des Moines for a home‑daily night Linehaul route
. Drivers in this role run designated lanes across Iowa and neighboring Midwest states.

• $0.64 - $0.68 CPM (depending on experience)
• Average weekly pay: $1,630 - $2,030
• Average annual earnings: ~$95,000
• Extra pay opportunities for detention, fueling, drop & hook, extra stop, and pulling doubles

Magnum hauls a variety of reliable, year‑round freight for customers and partner carriers throughout Des Moines and the surrounding Midwest. Freight may include paper products, household chemicals, alcohol, tobacco, and food‑grade items. Most loads are no‑touch freight with occasional exceptions depending on the route.

• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No DUI/DWI in the last 12 months
• No preventable DOT accidents in the last 12 months
• No serious violations in the last 12 months
