Class A CDL Truck Drivers with 3 months verifiable Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR; not yard jockey and no trainer or school time) earn $1900–$2200 per week, getting home every week. Drivers also receive a $2,000 sign‑on bonus, with $500 paid after the first load, $500 after 30 days, and $1,000 after 60 days. Full benefits – medical, dental, 401K, and PTO – become available after 30 days.

• Pay Breakdown: Starting at $.70–$.80 CPM with raises every 6 months. Additional $25 per stop and $240 per trailer unload, averaging $1900 per week; top drivers earn over $2200 per week.
• Home Time: Home weekly and on weekends 80% of the time.
• Transport: 100% touch freight – drivers place lightweight boxes (1–18 lbs) on a conveyor belt; no inventory, stocking, or store entry required.
• Equipment: Freightliner and International trucks with automatic transmissions and APUs.
• Training: 5 days of paid training at $150 per day.
• Benefits: PTO, medical, dental, and 401K available after 30 days.
• Rider & Pet Policy: Bring a rider and pet after completing training.

• Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time)
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No major moving violations in the last 12 months
• No major at-fault CMV accidents in the last 5 years (including injuries, jackknifes, or rollovers)
• No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last 2 years
• No more than 3 preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last 2 years
• Can not have more than a total of three major or minor accidents in the last 2 years
• Can not have more than three jobs in the last year
• Safety termination: If terminated from a previous job for safety reasons, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered.
