Local Linehaul Truck Driver - CDL A

Monday - Friday, 6:00 - 9:00 PM Start Time | Start Time Varies | 8-12 Hour Shifts

Magnum is hiring a Local CDL A Driver based in Des Moines for a home-daily night Linehaul route. Drivers in this role run designated lanes across Iowa and neighboring Midwest states.

• $0.64 - $0.68 CPM (depending on experience)
• Average weekly pay: $1,630 - $2,030
• Average annual earnings: ~$95,000
• Extra pay opportunities for detention, fueling, drop & hook, extra stop, and pulling doubles

Magnum hauls a variety of reliable, year-round freight for customers and partner carriers throughout Des Moines and the surrounding Midwest. Freight may include paper products, household chemicals, alcohol, tobacco, and food-grade items. Most loads are no-touch freight with occasional exceptions depending on the route.

• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No DUI/DWI in the last 12 months
• No preventable DOT accidents in the last 12 months
• No serious violations in the last 12 months
• Must meet all DOT/FMCSA requirements
