Non CDL Drivers; 1st Shift

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Non CDL driver with professional box truck driving experience who can operate a 26‑foot box truck across the Des Moines, IA area. You will be collecting sharps and medical waste containers from healthcare customer locations and delivering a high level of customer service daily.

This position offers a $3,000 sign‑on bonus for new hires, paid in two installments: $1,000 after 30 days of employment and $2,000 after 90 days.

• Safely collect, deliver, and store medical waste containers at customer locations.
• Provide strong customer service and build positive relationships.
• Operate large vehicles up to 26 ft in a safe manner.
• Complete deliveries on schedule, and clearly communicate changes or challenges as they arise.
• Load and unload, prioritize, and organize your truck per schedule and needs.
• Manage a route per leadership direction, delivering timely, efficient, and effective service.
• Comply with DOT regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections.
• Perform heavy lifting duties.

• Valid DOT medical card.
• Delivery experience within a 26‑foot box truck.
• Experience in any industry involving manual handling.
• Experience with pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle evaluations.
• Clean driving record.
• A flexible, can‑do attitude with a strong customer focus.
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections.
• Confidence in performing road checks from level 1 through level 3.
• Proven longevity in past employment.
• On‑time delivery practices.
