The responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating the activities of workers
• Analyzing and resolving work problems
• Initiating or suggesting plans to motivate workers
• Recommending or initiating personnel actions
• Training new workers
• Maintaining time and attendance records
• Conferring with other supervisors and managers
• Resolving grievances with workers' representatives
• Being adept in the activities of the workers supervised
• Possessing general knowledge of the activities involved
• Operating company equipment and/or driving company vehicles

The qualifications include:

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize work and projects
• Initiative and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Minimum age of 18
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred
• Valid state driver's license
• Ability to select, train, guide, and motivate employees
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Working knowledge of PC's and software applications
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Fluent in the English language
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL
  -compliant state driver's license or maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs as required
