Non CDL B Local Route Driver

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Local Route Driver to join our Operations team.

• Operate and maintain company vehicles safely and efficiently to perform scheduled pickups and deliveries, ensuring all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). Iron Mountain safety regulations are followed.
• Manage end-to-end route logistics, including secure loading, transport, and unloading of materials without assistance, while completing all necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse teams, and clients to address service needs and represent the Iron Mountain brand with strong customer service and professional conduct.

• 1–2 years of experience in route transportation or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of safe driving practices, vehicle maintenance, and adherence to all local, state, and federal transport regulations (including DOT).
• Proven customer service and verbal communication skills, and physical ability to carry, lift, and maneuver materials as required.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.

• Pay: $24.50 - 25.00 per hour based on experience.

  Monday – Friday, 7:00am – completion.
