Drive and transport modular buildings and storage units using a commercial vehicle (26,000+ lbs) to deliver, relocate, and retrieve units;
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness and compliance with DOT or TC regulations;
Secure loads with proper tie-downs, chains, and rigging tools to meet safety and legal transport standards;
Perform on-site assessments to identify terrain, overhead obstacles, grade level, and access constraints; position units within delivery constraints;
Independently perform setups and tear downs including cribbing, leveling, anchoring, and installation of Value-Added Products (VAPS) per scope of work; act as primary customer liaison during delivery and setup;
Follow safety policies, DOT/TC rules, and environmental guidelines; participate in safety meetings and training; log delivery status using mobile apps or logs
