Class B Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate an automatic straight truck on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Safely connect to truck hoses and customer oil tanks to load and unload cooking oil.
• Use company‑issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs.
• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service.
• Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards.

• Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.).
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED highly preferred.
  • 2+ years of CDL‑regulated driving experience.
  • Bilingual.
  • Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting.

• Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months):
  Limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations.
• Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years):
  No speeding over 100 mph.
• Drug & Alcohol Compliance:
  Requires DOT‑mandated pre‑employment drug test. Positive result for any controlled substance, including marijuana (THC), disqualifies applicants. Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.

• Compensation: $30.00 per hour plus shift differential, overtime, and a quarterly bonus up to $5,200/yr. Extra $5 per hour for full weekend shift.
• Available shift(s): 4/10s, WEEKEND WARRIOR SHIFT (Friday – Monday, start time 2‑4pm). Local routes with 1 overnight/hotel stay per week. No freight to move.
