1st Shift - Non CDL Driver 3k Sign-On Bonus!

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused Non CDL driver with professional box truck driving experience who can operate a 26‑foot box truck across the Des Moines, IA area. You will be collecting sharps and medical waste containers from our healthcare customer locations and delivering a high level of customer service daily.

• Safely collect, deliver and store medical waste containers at customer locations
• Provide strong customer service and build positive customer relationships
• Operate vehicles in a safe manner (up to 26 ft box truck)
• Complete deliveries on schedule, and clearly communicate changes or challenges as they arise
• Load and unload; prioritize and organize your truck per schedule and needs
• Manage a route per leadership direction, delivering timely, efficient and effective service
• Comply with DOT regulations, log hours and perform roadside inspections
• Heavy lifting
• Valid DOT medical card
• Delivery experience with a 26‑foot box truck
• Experience with manual handling in any industry
• Experience with pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle evaluations
• Clean driving record
• Flexible, can‑do attitude with a strong customer focus
• Proficient in DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections
• Comfortable with road check levels 1 through 3
• Proven longevity in past employment
• On‑time delivery practices

• Consistent work hours – M‑F position 1st Shift (6 AM to 3 PM)
• Full‑time permanent role of 40 hours per week
• Competitive rate of $25.00 per hour with a $3k sign‑on bonus: $1k after 30 days, $2k after 90 days
