The Opportunity:Description:
The Warehouse team performs all shipping and receiving activity for the Blk & Bold warehouse. This role ensures the customer receives the correct items in a timely manner and all stocked merchandise is properly organized, tracked, and maintained.
- Accurately and efficiently picks, packs and ships orders according to sales order; audits for accuracy
- Physically prepares items for shipment; includes palletizing, packing boxes, labeling, and case-packing products
- Secures packages/pallets to make sure no items are damaged in shipping to customer
- Processes customer returns for shipment back to Warehouse inventory
- Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to established organization of products and supplies
- Maintains a clean, well-organized, and safe working environment
- Safely operates material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, scissor lift, and forklift
- Support light maintenance across the facility as instructed
- Receives inbound shipments in the ERP (Net Suite)
- Follows SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards for receiving, storage, and shipping
- Participate in monthly inventory counts/item cycle counts
- Support Production team as workload permits/is needed
- Assist with local deliveries
- 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Coachable and willing to adapt to new direction quickly
- Fork lift, pallet jack, and scissor lift training/certification within 30 days
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 60 pounds frequently throughout a day
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, reach and bend for extended periods of time
- Ability to hear, see, and speak within a loud environment
- Ability to work in varying temperatures including environments with hot roasters
- Reliable and predictable attendance
- Willing perform other duties as assigned
Shift is Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm
