Expected Hours of Work: Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 5PM.
Reports to: Vice President of Service Operations

Job DescriptionThe Warehouse Specialist is responsible for overseeing inventory control processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in managing company materials, products, and supplies. This role maintains proper stock levels, minimizes waste, and ensures smooth coordination between purchasing, warehouse, service, and production teams. Maintain clean and organized warehouse.
Essential Functions- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner
- Gatekeeper of the inventory – make sure every item leaving or entering the warehouse is accounted for; follow up as needed for return of unused parts to inventory or vendor
- Collaborate with Inside Sales and service Teams to ensure material availability
- Pull and stage service and project BOMs in a timely manner
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with physical inventories
- Label, stock, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and work areas
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, as needed
- Communicate inventory shortages, issues, damages, or shortages to the appropriate parties
- Provide support to for Shipping and Receiving during absences
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach during shift
- Basic computer or inventory system skills preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required;
Minimum of 2 to 3 years previous warehouse or distribution experience required.
