Position SummaryThe Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations related to finished goods storage, inventory management, and outbound shipment coordination in a high-volume beverage co-packing environment. This role ensures that all customer orders are accurately staged, properly documented, and ready for pickup by customer-arranged transportation.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily warehouse operations focused on finished goods storage and outbound order staging.
- Ensure customer orders are accurately picked, staged, and prepared for carrier pickup.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and customer service teams to align inventory availability with shipping schedules.
- Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout to support safe product flow.
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory of finished goods in warehouse storage.
- Conduct cycle counts and full physical inventory reconciliation when requested.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with production and quality teams. Support audits and compliance requirements through accurate recordkeeping and maintenance of documentation.
- Oversee all outbound shipping documentation including Bills of Lading, pickup confirmations, and customer paperwork.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with inventory systems and customer requirements.
- Supervise, schedule, and lead a team of forklift operators and warehouse associates; monitor performance, productivity, and adherence to safety standards.
- Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and safe operating conditions.
- Meets all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements; participate in food safety meetings as required.
- Cultivates and promotes a strong safety culture and follows all safety policies, procedures and regulations; identify and communicates workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions; participates in safety meetings as required.

Required Qualifications- Associates degree or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a combination of experience and education
- Five (5) years of experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment in leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse management systems (WMS preferred)
- Experience with shipping documentation, outbound logistics, and customer order fulfillment processes
- Exceptional communication abilities, capable of fostering strong internal and external relationships.
- Ability to work effectively both independently as well as in a team environment to attain personal, team and company goals.
- Well-organized and skilled in time management, prioritization, scheduling, and meeting deadlines.
- Certified Forklift Operator
- Valid Iowa driver’s license.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field
- Bilingual
- This is a regular, full-time position with daily hours on site.
- The ability to be available for work daily and extended hours as necessary.
- Work is performed in a warehouse environment, manufacturing plant and occasionally outside in what may be adverse weather conditions.
- The work environment can involve exposure to heat, cold, humidity, moving machinery, extreme noise, visual strain, confined spaces, fumes, odors, dust mists, and gases.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen.
- This position requires long periods sitting/driving a forklift, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing and operating machinery.
- The employee should be able to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds many times per day.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Travel: This position requires minimal to no travel.
