Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:30am - 8:00pm
Responsibilities- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, purchasing, product delivery, budgeting, inventory control, safety, and housekeeping.
- Assign work duties to staff as needed.
- Develop and implement improved methods of materials handling, stock control, and packaging to promote efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure a safe and hazard‑free work environment and provide security, scheduled maintenance, and calibration of equipment.
- Ensure local delivery orders are picked, staged, audited, and loaded onto delivery vehicles per routes constructed in Innovo.
- Identify deficiencies and areas of improvement and communicate to management for resolution.
- Ensure appropriate training is provided and completed by warehouse team members.
- Supervise warehouse operations in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
- Communicate with supervisor and manager when operations are not in compliance with policies and laws for further investigation.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of experience in a warehouse, electrical product materials handling, or wholesale electrical parts distribution.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations.
- Working knowledge of Innovo (preferred).
- Demonstrated product and application knowledge.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain and maintain DOT medical certification.
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
- Ability to use necessary computer software and industrial equipment, and perform basic mathematics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and contemporary merchandise processing equipment such as handheld scanners.
- Often standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping; occasional sitting and talking/hearing.
- Use of hands/fingers frequently.
- Comfort with working at heights up to 28 ft using powered equipment.
- Continuous lifting and carrying 1‑20 lbs; frequent 21‑50 lbs; occasional 51‑100 lbs with buddy‑lift or mechanical device.
- Vision requirements for operating equipment and vehicles: close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.
