Night Warehouse Supervisor

This is a hands on, working supervisor position! Starting at 5 PM and going until the work is complete. This position will report up to the Night Warehouse Manager and is responsible for supervising a group of warehouse employees. Assigning tasks as necessary to ensure that work is complete and proper usage of available resources. This role will assist in shipping/receiving, loading and unloading of trucks, and checking-in merchandise.

The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse supervisory experience, collaborate effectively and professionally with the team, and will lead by example.

$48,000 - $52,000 annually

• Days off:
  Saturday & alternating Wednesday/Friday

• High school diploma or GED preferred with 2-4 years of related experience
• Previous Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience required
• Previous warehouse supervisory experience preferred
• Must be a self-directed individual with the ability to read and interpret company documents, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Must have the ability to perform basic math calculations
• Obtain licensure to operate warehouse equipment within the first 30 days

• SAFETY FIRST. Must be able to safely operate warehouse equipment at all times and follow all safety guidelines
• Responsible for maintaining a warehouse that is accessible and safe for company personnel and LFF visitors
• Responsible for reading pick tickets and/or requisitions to select and assemble product for customer orders.
• Implement established food safety practices throughout all warehouse employees
• Required to stand and walk for extended periods, to push/pull, lift/carry, or exert force of up to 75 lbs. or more
• May be necessary for this individual to reach above the shoulder, kneel, crawl, bend or stoop frequently.
• Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required
