Housby is looking for a Shipping Coordinator to join our Used Parts team. This position is primarily responsible for overseeing all shipping and receiving functions in relation to used parts inventory, completing preparation and presentation of inventory posted to our websites, and providing oversight for lot organization of stocked inventory.

• Establish a used parts routine to ensure inventory is stocked with units and ready for shipping and delivery.
• Ensure that all components are ready for day‑of‑purchase shipping, including painting, palletizing, packaging, and tagging for LTL shipment.
• Organize all used parts inventory in the back lot and shop area.
• Properly dispose of any fluids.
• Assist with shop housekeeping needs as time allows.
• Participate in job‑related training and development.
• Follow the company’s safety rules and policies.
• Maintain a professional image at all times.

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Capability to operate a forklift safely.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Safety glasses and safety shoes are required at all times.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Significant standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling.
• Alpha/numeric keyboarding.
• Ability to view a computer monitor.

• The work environment varies due to differences in our work site. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, electrical vibrations, fumes or airborne particles, toxic substances, and outside weather conditions.
• The noise level is usually moderate to very loud.
• Work occurs indoors and outdoors; exposure to outside weather.
