Warehouse Manager – Des Moines

Carroll Construction Supply is seeking a Warehouse Manager to supervise daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, forklift operation, load verification, and documentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee loading of product onto trucks, ensuring order specifications are met and securing loads.
• Assist with inbound truck check‑in, unloading, and paperwork submission.
• Manage inventory control, determine restocking needs, and maintain warehouse flow.
• Inspect equipment and maintain the physical condition of the warehouse.
• Foster strong relationships with warehouse staff and sales personnel.
• Support Carroll’s employee‑owned culture and growth across 35+ locations.

• Valid forklift certification and ability to operate a forklift.
• Experience supervising warehouse operations or logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
