Assistant Warehouse Manager

Mac Arthur Co is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to support safe, efficient operations in our building materials distribution warehouse. In this hands-on role, you'll help lead daily activities including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of insulation, roofing, and related products. You'll assist with supervising warehouse staff, maintaining accurate inventory, enforcing safety standards, and meeting service and delivery deadlines. As part of an employee-owned, customer-driven team, you'll contribute to continuous improvement and have opportunities for long-term growth in operations and logistics.
