Position Overview

• Full-time, five-day workweek
• Minimum of 2 years longitudinal experience, CDL physicals, and L&I experience a plus
• Primary care and same-day access clinic
• 14 ? 18 patients per shift
• Nurse triaged phone call 1:4 (very light call)
• Lab, X-ray, and pharmacy onsite
• Solo provider clinic with physician oversight
• Supportive team and specialists readily available to assist
• EPIC Electronic Medical Record
• Clinic hours:?8:00 a.m. ? 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
