Summary
The POS Coordinator works in our point of sale warehouse receiving deliveries, picking orders, maintaining inventory of marketing display items, and providing customer service to our employees, suppliers and customers.
Primary Responsibilities- Accurately pick orders for will‑call and truck deliveries on a daily basis
- Ensure the security and safety procedures are being executed to the company standards
- Maintain inventory integrity by following SOPs and ensuring all re‑sellable items are secured and invoiced
- Coordinate distributing and tracking of POS marketing materials to other company warehouses
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Execute order history and inventory reports to provide usage tracking as requested
- Order POS as necessary and within the company budgets
- Adhere to all state liquor laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team‑oriented relationships with co‑workers, supervisors, managers and others you come into contact with through your job
- Complete all other tasks or projects that are assigned
- General knowledge of industry products
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Proven experience developing strong relationships with internal and external customers
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one (1) year previous warehouse experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Forklift Certification
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
