Hytek production is open 24 hours per day. Normal shifts are as follows: 1st shift (Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m.
- 2:30 p.m.), 2nd shift (Monday - Friday, 2:00 p.m.
- 10:30 p.m.), 3rd shift (Sunday - Friday, 10:00 p.m.
- 6:30 a.m.).

The pay range and total compensation package listed above is the expected pay offered for this position at the start of employment. Your pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to your relevant experience level, and skillset while balancing internal equity relative to other employees. Position SummaryEmployees in this position use a variety of methods to process parts in preparation for plating and other coatings. The operators perform operations in accordance with Military and OEM specifications. This is a trainee operator position in our Anodize department. Employees in this position will process a variety of parts in our Anodize department. Anodize Operators may be required to join the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program.
The Anodize Operators perform operations in accordance with Military, Industry and OEM specifications.
FAA DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program requires an initial drug test including a screen for THC, subject to quarterly Drug & BAT testing.

- Follow technique card, customer Purchase Orders and drawings, and instructions from experienced Anodize Operators to prepare and process parts; prepare, understand, and document technique cards.
- Prepare parts prior to operations including racking; use proper tooling and fixtures, when applicable.
- Legibly sign off on work once completed and Operator Self Verification inspection has occurred.
- General review of paperwork and Operator Self Verification inspection of job to ensure all previous operations were completed. Notify supervisor and Quality Assurance if any errors.
- Knowledge of pre and post cleaning surface finish requirements.
- Familiar with Quality Assurance requirements & rework familiar with engineering drawing notations.
- Be familiar with the safety precautions & know how to avoid injury to personnel.
