Hytek Finishes Co. is looking for a Polish Operator Trainee in Des Moines, WA. This position involves learning a range of polishing techniques to meet customer-driven requirements, preparing parts, and ensuring operational compliance with Military and OEM specifications. Ideal candidates will have manufacturing experience and the ability to communicate effectively in English. This role requires adherence to FAA Drug & Alcohol Testing Program.
