Hytek production is open 24 hours per day. Normal Shifts are as follows: 1st shift (Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m.

- 2:30 p.m.), 2nd shift (Monday - Friday, 2:00 p.m.

- 10:30 p.m.), 3rd shift (Sunday - Friday, 10:00 p.m.

- 6:30 a.m.).

Applicants must provide a copy of their NAS-410 Level II Certificate(s) in Magnetic Particle and/or Liquid Penetrant. This would also include all employer provided On-the-Job (OJT) hours upon submission of our qualification process.

The pay range and total compensation package listed above is the expected pay offered for this position at the start of employment. Your pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to your relevant experience level, and skillset while balancing internal equity relative to other employees. This is an Inspector trainee position in our Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) department. Employees in this position will become certified as an NDT Inspector. The individual in this role will be considered an Inspector Trainee until certified by the Level III NDT Responsible in each of the three disciplines of NDT Inspection performed at Hytek (Magnetic Particle, Liquid Fluorescent Penetrant, and Nital Etch) and are able to perform the work independently.

On the job training, as well as study time is granted to all Inspector Trainees. All NDT Inspectors are required to join the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program. NDT Inspectors perform operations in accordance with Military and OEM specifications.

• FAA DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program requires an initial pre-employment drug test including a screen for THC, subject to quarterly Drug & BAT testing.

Work closely with experienced Inspectors and NDT Level III Responsible to complete work and prioritize tasks.

Follow technique card, customer Purchase Orders, and instructions from experienced NDT Inspectors; and Operator Self Verification inspection has occurred.

General review of paperwork and Operator Self Verification inspection of job to ensure all previous operations were completed. Notify supervisor and Quality Assurance if any errors.

Prepare parts prior to operations; use proper tooling and fixtures, when applicable.
