Overview

Travel + Leisure Co. is a leading vacation membership company. We are recruiting a Virtual Sales Representative for an on‑site position in Sandy, Utah.

• Conduct virtual presentations via Zoom to owners
• Build rapport and establish commonality with prospective and existing owners
• Articulate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure
• Generate sales by initiating transactions and employing proper closing techniques
• Work with prequalified leads; no cold calling required
• Participate in ongoing advanced sales and career training

• 1–2 years of prior commission‑based sales experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Passion for supporting the company’s mission to put the world on vacation
• Internal drive to exceed sales goals
• Ability to overcome objections
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to thrive in a goal‑ and performance‑based environment
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a valid Timeshare Agent License (application fee $100, good for two years)

• Hourly pay plus commission
