Bellwether Housing seeks a Maintenance Technician II for its South Seattle portfolio. You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and renovation tasks, prepare units for re-renting, and respond to emergencies. On-site, Mon-Fri, 8:00 am-4:00 pm or 8:30 am-4:30 pm with after-hours on-call as needed.
