Addison Group is partnering with a publicly traded, multi‑billion‑dollar global manufacturing company to identify a Corporate Accounting Manager to join their growing corporate finance team.

• Lead the monthly close for corporate‑level entities and core accounting areas (cash, debt, reserves, hedging, allocations)
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analytics
• Oversee purchase accounting and support statutory reporting requirements
• Improve close processes through better use of systems, standard procedures, and automation
• Manage and develop a small corporate accounting team
• Support internal controls testing and strengthen control processes
• Help draft and maintain company‑wide accounting policies
• Ensure compliance with established accounting standards and internal policies
• Assist with financial reporting support schedules as needed
• Partner with external auditors for quarterly and year‑end audits

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s or MBA preferred)
• CPA strongly preferred
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Big 4 and/or large U.S. public company experience preferred
• Manufacturing industry experience a plus
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Proven leadership, team‑building, and project‑management skills
• Curious, proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
