Senior Accountant – CFS

Join CFS as a Senior Accountant and support finance leadership with a stable, growth‑oriented company.

• Manage and execute month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities and provide variance analysis for leadership review.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests by preparing schedules and documentation.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational initiatives and resolve accounting issues.
• Assist in special projects, system implementations, and process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and month‑end close processes.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience a plus.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a collaborative setting.

Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 per year.
