• Financial Reporting:
  Prepare accurate financial statements for assigned properties.
• General Accounting:
  Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations for the property portfolio.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
  Assist in developing budgets and monitoring financial performance.
• Lease & Rent Management:
  Oversee lease administration, rent invoicing, and renewals.
• Financial Analysis:
  Provide insights to support property‑related decision‑making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP related to real estate and fund accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MRI G/L is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, integrity, and professionalism.
