Position is full-time with opportunities for advancement within Domino's Pizza. Domino's is an industry leader in pizza delivery with stores worldwide.

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Lead by example and enforce policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, store image, adherence to standards, customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Support advancement opportunities, with team members able to grow from delivery drivers to management roles or franchise ownership.

• General duties for all store team members: operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, receive/process orders (in-store and telephone), take inventory, complete paperwork, and maintain cleanliness.
• Training: on-the-job orientation and training.
• Communication: ability to understand and convey written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders.

  Skills:
  
  numerical accuracy (add/subtract/multiply/divide), make correct monetary change, verbal/written/telephone communication, and eye-hand coordination to process orders quickly.
• Physical requirements and work conditions: exposure to varying temperatures, odors, and kitchen environment; ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds; standing for extended periods; occasional stairs or ladders for price changes and maintenance.

Exposure to heat from ovens, cooking surfaces, and equipment; kitchen and dining area cleaning; fast-paced customer service setting.
