Customer Success Manager, Control Tower

Location: Rosemont, IL (Hybrid)

Pay: $69,000 to $80,000 per year

Our client, a global logistics and supply chain provider, is launching a brand-new Control Tower for a strategic customer and needs a Customer Success Manager to help build it from day one. You'll work alongside the Program Manager to help establish the processes, reporting, and customer routines that make the program succeed, then serve as a key day-to-day contact for operational performance.

If you have a strong SAP Order Management background and enjoy working directly with customers to solve supply chain problems, this is a rare chance to help shape a program from the ground up.

Significant hands-on experience with SAP Order Management is essential for this role.

• Partner with the Program Manager to support the launch and ongoing development of the Control Tower, including onboarding and operational readiness
• Help establish KPIs, reporting, governance processes, SOPs, and customer review routines
• Act as a key day-to-day contact for customer stakeholders on operational performance and service matters
• Monitor customer KPIs and operational performance
• Support regular business reviews and performance discussions
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations
• Coordinate issue resolution, root cause analysis, and corrective actions with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to contribute to the long-term success of the customer relationship

• Extensive SAP Order Management experience
• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, 4PL, Control Tower, or operations transformation
• Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts
• Experience managing executive stakeholder relationships
• Experience working across multiple regions and functions
• Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and change in complex environments

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or similar certification
• Experience in AI infrastructure, technology deployment, manufacturing, inventory management, or global order orchestration
• Exposure to 24/7 operations and Control Tower environments
