We’re looking for a Project Estimator in our Des Plaines IL office.

• Solicit and analyze cost estimates from suppliers and other third‑party vendors while ensuring the price of materials and labor costs align with the market.
• Perform full take‑offs and pricing of project scope both manually and electronically.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying and exceeding client needs.
• Facilitate the subcontractor bid process to include processing, distribution and tracking of all project bidding documentation.

• Gather and analyze productivity data using software programs and templates.
• Formulate and maintain historical database of production based on types of jobs and types of job conditions.
• Adjust bid rates as needed based on actual production results.
• Work with Field Supervision to establish operation priorities and ensure safety and quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering or related work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the construction field with commercial experience.
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to utilize software programs and templates to process and track project documentation. Strong experience with Blue Beam, Excel, ERP systems, and Building Insights or Construction Connect preferred.
