As a full-time Branch Resource Team member, you will engage in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions.

Colleagues in the Branch Resource Team will travel between their assigned branches, and the work location may change daily. Colleagues in the Branch Resource Team must have access to reliable transportation to facilitate working in multiple branches.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions. Responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services. Serving in a concierge role by servicing walk-in customers.
• Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, balancing daily, and resolving customer issues. Educating customers on bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking) to enhance their banking experience.
• Proficient in consumer deposit products and consumer lending. Identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through disciplined sales processes, follow-up, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals. Referring customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
• Adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies. Demonstrating skills in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, investments, and lending. Supporting a defined group of branches within Huntington’s Branch Network.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, or a Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in relevant roles.

Preferred:

• 1 year banking experience.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking.
