Renewal by Andersen is looking to add a Scheduling Retail Service Representative (RSR) I to our Chicago team! The Retail Service Representative will focus on providing customer service for delivery partners and customers. This is a customer service role that will allow you to have direct customer interaction via email and telephone.

• Create new work orders; schedule work orders to ensure service requests are processed in accordance with KPIs.
• Verify service requests are closed and submit work orders for warranty.
• Provide Signature Service for homeowners and peers.
• Perform other data entry and administrative tasks related to RbA CORO service, of limited complexity and variety.
• Answer phone calls and emails, determine nature of service concerns and direct individuals to appropriate resource or supply information.
• Maintain stock levels of supplies & brochures.
• Post and update customer management system with current service notes and status; other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year customer service experience.
• Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships.
• Demonstrates ability to work and contribute to a team environment.
• Excellent phone etiquette and verbal/writing skills in a high-volume setting.

• Profit Sharing:
  In 2025 Andersen has set a profit‑sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
