The Bridge Community Church is seeking a Bridge Kids Director to lead our Bridge Kids ministry from birth through 5th grade. This pastorally minded leader will work with the Bridge Kids team to develop vibrant, age-appropriate programming, foster loving environments, and ensure safety and fun for kids and families alike.
They will cast vision, equip volunteers, and build engaging weekend experiences, while partnering with parents in spiritual discipleship and shaping a warm, welcoming ministry
