As a Senior Manager, Digital R&D at Honeywell Technologies, you will lead a team of engineers and scientists to deliver digital solutions that drive growth for our Process technologies business unit. You will align closely with business leadership to execute New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, expand the innovation pipeline, and define long-term technology roadmaps. This role is accountable for R&D AOP execution, and delivering on financial and technical commitments.

You will engage directly with customers and cross-functional stakeholders to build NPI pipeline and develop compelling product value propositions, while fostering a high-performance culture focused on talent development, innovation, and commercialization. You will report directly to our leadership team and you’ll work out of our Des Plaines, IL location on a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE6 or more years of experience in the chemical, refining, renewables, or gas industry with preferred experience the development or deployment of new products5 or more years in aligned areas such as offering management, modeling, simulation configuration, process engineering, technical services, software development and/or programming.

Proven track record of technical leadership and project or program management

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated ability to drive technology commercialization

Passion for innovation and continuous learning

Experience managing people and developing talent

Ability to manage a global team across time zones and culturesWE VALUE Bachelor’s degree or Advanced degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, or another related field

Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architecture principles
