  Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hybrid capacity: 1 day remote, 4 days in office)

• Tax Estimates & Extensions - Prepare / review the quarterly estimates and extensions for federal and approximately 25 state returns
• Tax Return compliance - Review, research, and planning; assist in the review and filing of corporate federal & state income tax returns and international information returns, including preparing and reviewing tax work papers and apportionment.

• Indirect Tax - Oversight and management of use tax computations using the TR Onesource Tax Engine
• Tax Controversy - Support audit defense / tax controversy process by analyzing information requests and collaborating to resolve audit issues and notices
• Technical Research - Prepare memorandums and research complex tax issues for appropriate tax treatment and reporting
• M&A and Special Projects - Support mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and initiatives, including R&D and Transfer Pricing Studies
• Technology and Automation - Lead tax technology enhancements

• CPA Required
• Advanced Degree strongly preferred
• 6+ years of accounting experience (3+ years in public accounting minimum)
• 6+ years of federal and state corporate income tax compliance experience; 3+ years of tax provision experience (ASC 740)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to follow through on tasks
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail oriented; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity (1 day remote, 4 days in office)
